Tiedän olevani- I know that I am is a graphic novel series by Sari Sariola. The first book Tiedän olevani ylipainoinen (I know that I am overweight)  was published in 2023. It deals with the subjects of body neutrality and mental health, from the point of view of an overweight person.

What is it like to be too big to this world? When you can’t fit into bus seats, not to mention cars or planes. You run into limitations everywhere from elevators to work places. Fat people are a joke. A group of people that are still made fun of everywhere from movies to real life encounters.

The second part consists of short stories surrounding the inability for an obese person to find clothes, the intricacies of having sex with a fat person and how to be chubby and queer in a world where both are looked down at. The second part will be published in 2025.
